Tess Scherkenback is a professional real estate agent working with Century21 serving buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties throughout California. Tess began her real estate journey in the summer of 2022. Since then, she has distinguished herself with buyers and sellers in Northern California with her market knowledge and expertise in negotiation.

“I was born and raised in Arizona and moved to Sacramento after finishing college in Los Angeles. I fell in love with Northern California right away. For nearly ten years, I have been delighted to call Sacramento home. After working as a Legislative Director and Financial Analyst for several years, I discovered my true calling in real estate, which integrates many of the abilities I learned from my previous experiences, such as negotiation and budgetary management.
